Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

Our Property

Client Projects

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to deliverables as specified in their project agreement. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Projects may include third-party components (libraries, frameworks) subject to their own licenses. These will be documented in project deliverables.

Payment Terms

Pricing

Project pricing is provided in individual quotes and proposals. All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Schedule

Standard payment terms require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend work until outstanding payments are received.

Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services with professional skill and care. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results
  • We provide no warranties regarding third-party services or integrations
  • Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P42 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

By Either Party

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

For Cause

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activity.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
